Pain Relief Warming Oil
6 drops black pepper
4 drops coriander
4 drops cardamom
10 drops Ginger, CO2 Extract
2 oz. carrier oil or lotion
Directions: Blend all ingredients into a 2 oz. bottle. Massage into sore muscles, before and after workouts. Massage into arthritic pain. Massage into chest and upper back area, to help relieve spasmodic cough and pain due to chest colds.

Test a small amount on skin for allergic reaction. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and small children under the age of five.
The chemistry of black pepper can vary considerably based on the source. The hot and spicy nature of the oil may cause skin irritation. Use in 1% dilution when applying to the skin in massage oils. Not recommended for use in baths.
Store well, as the limonene, alpha-pinene, delta-3-carene content leaves it vulnerable to oxidizing. Once oxidized, it is even more likely to cause serious skin irritation or sensitization.
