HOW TO USE

Bath: Add 8–10 drops of eucalyptus radiata to each ounce of salt (Pink Himalayan Salt or Epsom Salts). Use 1 tablespoon of that blended salt and mix with 1 tablespoon of milk or carrier oil. Add to a full warm bath to relieve respiratory conditions, fever, joint pain and muscular aches.

Chest Cold: Blend 6 drops eucalyptus radiata into 1 oz. of carrier or unscented lotion. Massage into chest, neck and upper back area.

Colds, Sinus & Flu: Add a few drops of eucalyptus radiata to a steam blend to help break up mucous in the sinuses and chest. For example, place 3–4 drops of oil into a bowl of steaming water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes, and breathe in the vapors

Diffuser: Use eucalyptus radiata in a diffuser throughout the house as a preventative measure. The antiseptic and deodorant nature of eucalyptus oil makes it a perfect room freshener for hospitals. It also kills bacteria and germs in the air, keeping the environment of the rooms clean and sterilized.
