Floral Accent - Green

You will instantly recognize the aroma of sweet fennel—black licorice—and you can use the oil in cooking to impart that distinct flavor! But sweet fennel is best known for its ability to calm digestive issues. Massage it onto your stomach to provide relief, or add a couple of drops to water or tea and drink it to soothe an upset stomach. Sweet fennel has also been used for upper respiratory tract infections, coughs, bronchitis, cholera, backache, bedwetting, and visual problems.
