HOW TO USE

Circulation: Add 30 ml in 1.5 liters of water and drink throughout the day for 21 days; then stop for seven days. Repeat the regimen as necessary.

Mental or physical stimulation: Add a couple of drops to a beverage for an quick pick-me-up, or for ongoing fatigue, choose a 21-day regimen of drinking the hydrosol mixed with water, followed by seven days off.

PMS:Mist across lower abdomen to reduce PMS symptoms, cramps, bloating, and water retention. Or add 10 ml each of sage, rose, and geranium to a liter of water and drink throughout the day. If PMS is a regular problem, start drinking the blend 3–5 days before your period is due and continue until it is over.
