HOW TO USE

Hair Treatment: Apply a couple of drops to jojoba oil and massage into tips of the hair after shampooing to treat split ends.

Inhaler: With blank inhaler use a few drops to calm down heart palpitations, anxiety/panic attacks, over rapid heart rate and breathing.

Lower Blood pressure: I see great results with my clients using this on their pulse points to lower blood pressure – one drop on their pulse points applied one to three times a day.

Massage Oil: Fischer-Rizzi recommends blending Ylang Ylang with Clary Sage and Neroli. This blend should be used in a bath, massage oil, or diffuser to help relieve mood swings due to PMS.

Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil.
