Acne: Add 30 milliliters to one liter of water and drink it throughout the day for 21 days; then stop for seven days. Can also apply the hydrosol undiluted in a compress twice daily to skin to reduce redness and irritation.

Bad breath: Add 30 milliliters to one liter of water and drink it throughout the day for 21 days; then stop for seven days.

Cooling drink: Add 75 ml to a liter of water and enjoy.

Hot flashes: Chill the hydrosol and spritz on as needed

Indigestion: Add 5 ml peppermint to 200 ml of water and sip slowly.

Itching, insect bites and stings: Apply the hydrosol undiluted in a compress to skin to reduce itching and burning.

Parasite cleanse: Dilute 60 ml of peppermint and Roman chamomile in one liter of water and drink throughout each day.

Pet digestive issues: For cats, add 3–5 drops to cat food for a three-week period, For dogs, add ½–1 tablespoon split between the dog’s water and food for a three-week period.
