You will find relief from spasms when you use Inshanti’s petitgrain pure essential oil. Blend it with other essential oils to effectively counter the pain and spasms of irritable bowel syndrome. Petitgrain is also a sedative, reducing pain, calming the nervous system, and bringing emotional balance. “Bigarade” means Inshanti’s petitgrain oil is produced from the bitter orange tree, exuding its pleasing aroma.

Anxiety: Calm the nerves and bring back emotional balance. Using a blank inhaler, add 6 drops petitgrain, 4 drops roman chamomile and 4 drops bergamot. Inhale the aromatic to help calm you down.

Diffuser: Want to create a calming atmosphere in your home, office, or classroom? Diffuse petitgrain oil in the essential oil diffuser of your choice when you want to create a relaxing, calming environment. You can also combine petitgrain with other calming oils like bergamot, lavender, or roman chamomile to further promote relaxation.

Perfume: Use as a perfume. Dab some petitgrain to pulse points, such as wrists and neck area.

Tummy Rub

6 drops petitgrain

4 drops bergamot

4 drops lavender

1 oz. unscented lotion

Directions: Blend all ingredients into a 1 oz. jar. Gently rub onto belly. Use as often as needed.
