HOW TO USE
Anxiety: Calm the nerves and bring back emotional balance. Using a blank inhaler, add 6 drops petitgrain, 4 drops roman chamomile and 4 drops bergamot. Inhale the aromatic to help calm you down.
Diffuser: Want to create a calming atmosphere in your home, office, or classroom? Diffuse petitgrain oil in the essential oil diffuser of your choice when you want to create a relaxing, calming environment. You can also combine petitgrain with other calming oils like bergamot, lavender, or roman chamomile to further promote relaxation.
Irritable Bowel Symdrome (IBS): Effectively counter the pain cramps and spasms of IBS. See Tummy Rub in recipes tab.
Perfume: Use as a perfume. Dab some petitgrain to pulse points, such as wrists and neck area.
