Free Shipping Exclusions

International Shipping

Please note, international orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Orders shipped outside of the United States will incur additional charges to be determined above the estimated shipping charge during checkout. Any customs, duty, or other taxes charged by your home country will need to be paid for by the recipient before the package can be delivered or collected. However, we still provide competitive shipping rates for our international customers, ensuring swift and secure delivery of your orders. International orders will ship with Priority Mail International® (USPS).

Domestic Shipping (within the United States)

• Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all products purchased.
• We ship all orders within the Continental United States by USPS Mail. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. Shipping charges and sales tax will be added to the total of the order during checkout.
• Insurance available upon request, just send us an email.
• Inshanti® Pure Essential Oils is not responsible for mail service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Return Policy

All essential oils purchased through Inshanti® Pure Essential Oils are non-refundable, as we cannot restock oils with a broken seal. If you receive a defective product or the wrong item please contact us immediately to arrange return. We offer a 15-day money back guarantee on defective containers or bottles in their original packaging. Returns must be received by Inshanti Pure Essential Oils within 15 days of the original order to qualify for the guarantee. Upon receipt of the defective item, a replacement of the same product will be shipped within 7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Because our orders are processed so quickly, cancellations must be within 2 hours following order completion. Once the oils have been mailed we will require full payment. Most orders will be processed the same day they are received and mailed the next business day.

Order Changes

We will do our best to accommodate you if changes are requested and the order has not been packed and/or shipped yet. If your order has already been packed and you wish to add on, the additional items may need to be considered a new order.

Product Accuracy

Inshanti® Pure Essential Oils attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing or representing products on our website. However, Inshanti® Pure Essential Oils does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the website are complete, current, or error-free.
