HOW TO USE

ADHD: Add 13–15 drops fragonia to a blank inhaler and inhale the aromatic to help balance the mind with calm – focused attention.

Anti-inflammatory: As a powerful anti-inflammatory, it is an obvious addition to arthritis and rheumatism creams and gels. See pain free recipe in recipes tab.

Cold, Flu: Relieve symptoms of cold and flu. See bath recipe in recipes tab.

Emotional Balance: Inhale or diffuse fragonia to help create peace and harmony in the mind and body.

Hair Care: Add a few drops into shampoo or conditioner for a fresh zing that releases tension and gives mental clarity. Increase the effect by adding a few drops of both spearmint essential oil, as well.

Insomnia: Add a few drops of fragonia to a cotton ball and place near or on your pillow and inhale to relax and initiate a sound sleep.

Jet Lag: Users that travel have noted that fragonia appears to prevent or minimize the symptoms of jet lag. It also appears to lessen the need to use alcohol to relax and coffee to stimulate to regulate the body clock. Just add 13–15 drops fragonia to a blank inhaler and inhale.

Perfume: Pénoël says, “Apply a few drops to your skin after your shower. You will notice that most people are attracted to you like magic.” May be applied directly to skin.

Respiratory System: Fragonia is extremely beneficial for the respiratory system. It has decongestant properties and fights most common respiratory infections from the nose through to the lungs. It can help to soothe irritation and nervous cough reactions linked to the inflammation. Blend 5–6 drops fragonia into 1 oz. of carrier oil. Massage into chest, neck and back area. Or add 3–5 drops in a bowl of steaming water. Place a towel over the head and the bowl, close the eyes and breathe.

Immune System: Fragonia is gentle enough to be applied directly to the skin daily; rub a few drops over the lymphatic nodes in the side of the neck and under arm areas to strengthen the immune system.

Pain Free

 5 drops fragonia

5 drops copaiba

5 drops kunzea

1 oz. carrier oil or unscented lotion

Direction: Blend all ingredients into 1 oz. container. Massage into effected area.

 

 PMS Relief

 8 drops fragonia

2 drops geranium

5 drops sandalwood

1 oz. carrier oil or unscented lotion

Directions: Blend all ingredients into 1 oz. container. Massage into skin.

 

Stress Less Inhaler

6 drops fragonia

4 drops mandarin

2 drops myrrh

1 drop niaouli

2 drops patchouli

Directions: Add all essential oils to a blank inhaler.

 

 Fight That Cold Bath

4 drops cypress

6 drops fragonia

4 drops bay laurel leaf

4 drops ravintsara

4 drops thyme ct. linalool

1-tablespoon carrier oil

¼ cup of Himalayan raw salt

Directions: Blend all oils together first and then add to salt and mix together in a container. Add to bath water to help relieve cold and flu symptoms.
