HOW TO USE

Asthma: Blend 5 drops of cypress and 3 drops of khella into 1 oz. carrier oil. Massage into chest and upper back area to help relieve symptoms.

Calming & Relaxation: Add 8–10 drops of cypress to each ounce of salt (Pink Himalayan Salt or Epsom Salts). Use 1 tablespoon of that blended salt and mix with 1 tablespoon of milk or carrier oil. Add to a full warm bath to relieve respiratory conditions and help your body relax and be restored.

Congestion: Blend 8–10 drops of cypress into 1 oz. carrier oil. Massage into chest and upper back area to help relieve congestion.

Sexy Legs

7 drops cypress

3 drops mastic

3 drops lemon

1 oz. carrier oil or unscented lotion

Directions: Blend all ingredients together into a 1 oz. container. Massage into legs daily.

 

SAFETY

Nontoxic. Nonirritating; however if oxidized, it may cause skin irritation or sensitization. Some sources recommend avoiding cypress essential oil during pregnancy, but there is no research to support this statement.

If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician or clinical certified aromatherapist. For external use only. Keep away from mucous membranes & eyes. Test a small amount on skin for allergic reaction. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and small children under the age of five years old.
