Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium) Oil, Cananga odorata (Ylang-Ylang complete) Oil, Citrus sinensis (Orange), Citrus bergamia (Bergamot) Oil, and Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit) Oil
Geranium oil is renowned for its ability to balance hormones, whether during PMS or menopause. The beautiful rose scent will ease your nervous tension and stress, lifting your spirits. The oil also helps to create balance between oily and dry skin by regulating the sebum production of the skin.

- Sprinkled onto your bed sheets

- Diffuse for short periods of time in the work or home environment. We recommend diffusing 15 minutes during every 2-hour period.
