Juniper berry essential oil is a powerful detoxing oil for both your body and your mind. It goes to work banishing negative, self-defeating thoughts so instead of feeling overwhelmed and discouraged you are open to moving forward toward your goals.
Sweet marjoram essential oil is often recommended for those who are grieving because it warmly nurtures you by numbing pain and calming your racing mind filled with obsessive thoughts. It relaxes your muscles and your mind so you can think clearly.
Lemon myrtle essential oil’s bright lemon scent brings mental clarity as it lifts your mood so you can focus on the positive things that really matter in life. It’s also a powerful germ killer, offering protection for your health as you pursue your dreams.
The essential oil of rosemary stimulates and strengthens the mind, clears the thoughts, energizes and uplifts, and encourages clarity. An added benefit of diffusing rosemary is that it will kill airborne viruses.
The essential oil of clove bud is a great oil for any cold, painful, constrictive situation. It offers warming effects, reduces pain, and is strengthening for the body overall. Clove bud is antiseptic, exhibiting broad antimicrobial activity, because of the high proportion of eugenol. It is very anti-spasmodic and anesthetic.

- Diffuse for short periods of time in the work or home environment. We recommend diffusing 15 minutes during every 2-hour period.
