HOW TO USE

Bath: Add a few drops to bath water.

Diffuser: Saro has a beautiful aroma. It adds energy to the air and it’s very uplifting. Saro is also excellent for beating feelings of lethargy and drowsiness, as well as for mental fogginess and difficulty concentrating. Kills airborne germs-especially viruses, builds the immune system and helps with sinus congestion

Inhaler: With a blank inhaler.

Massage Oil: Blend 6–10 drops of Saro to 1 oz. of carrier oil (olive oil or any vegetable oil). Massage into the chest and neck area to ease cold, sinus congestion, and flu symptoms.

Other uses: Use as a facial steam.

Directions: Boil plain water without the oil blend; pour boiling water into bowl, add approx. 5 drops of oil to the bowl of hot water. With a towel, cover and place head over bowl breathing in through nostrils and mouth to get steam into both head and chest for 5 minutes or longer. Can also be used in warm bath water adding 2–3 drops to water. Caution- Be careful when working with boiling water.

If oxidized, it may cause irritation or sensitization. It may antidote homeopathic remedies. It is too strong to use with babies or children under five years old on their faces or in a steam. Care must be taken when using with asthmatics.

Test a small amount on skin for allergic reaction. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and small children under the age of five years old.

Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil.
