HOW TO USE
Calming: Add marjoram, sweet to massage blends (recipe above) or to a bath at night. It is soothing and great for muscle relaxation after a tension-filled day, massage into legs to relieve restless leg syndrome. Marjoram is great to use for insomnia, as the oil is calming and sedative.
Healing: Marjoram offers tonifying, sedative, anti-septic, and anti-spasmodic healing properties.
Headache & Migrane Relief: Marjoram oil may be rubbed into the temple area for relief of headaches and migraine.
Massage Oil: Blend 10 drops of sweet marjoram to 1 oz. of carrier oil (olive oil or any vegetable oil) and perhaps even add a few drops of lavender or clary sage essential oil to this blend. Be creative and have fun!!! Massage into the lower back and belly area to relieve cramping.
Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil.
