Floral Accent - Green

You can soothe rheumatic pain or muscle aches by massaging in white fir essential oil blended with a carrier oil. The crisp aroma of white fir, crafted from the resin, or fir balsam, will bring relaxation to your mind while supporting your immune system, because of its high antioxidant d-limonene. HOW TO USE

Diffuser: This is a great oil to diffuse in the air. Diffuse White Fir on its own or combine with other conifers and/or citrus essential oils. The aroma will add a crisp fresh scent to the air. It will help relieve anxiety and stress, stimulate the mind while allowing the body to relax, and just provide over-all emotional support throughout your day. Diffusing this oil will help to fight airborne bacteria and germs and physically help with any sinus or chest congestion while building-up the immune system.

Inhaler: Inhale as needed for allergy relief using a blank inhaler.

Massage Oil: Blend 6–10 drops of white fir in 1 oz. of carrier oil (olive oil or any vegetable oil). Massage into those over-tired and sore muscles. Massage into arthritic pain. Also a great blend for neck, back, and chest area to relieve symptoms of cold and flu.
