HOW TO USE
Cough & Cold: Relief for painful spasmodic coughing. See recipe in recipes tab.
Digestive Aid: Blend 5 drops black pepper and 3 drops orange in a 1 oz. carrier oil or lotion. Rub into belly to relieve nausea and stomach spasms.
Before and After Sports Massage Oil: Excellent blend to prepare muscles before a workout and for recovery after workouts. Before a workout, massage into muscles to help warms up muscle tissue. Use after a workout to relieve tight muscles and aching joints. See recipe in recipes tab.
Arthritic Pain Relief: Relief of rheumatism and arthritis, muscular aches and pains, tired and aching limbs and muscular stiffness.
Quit Smoking: Add 9 drops black pepper and 3 drops orange into a blank inhaler and inhale the aromatic to help diminish the urge to smoke.
Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil.
