HOW TO USE

Acne: Blend 10–12 drops of cedarwood and 1 oz. of a carrier oil. Massage into affected skin.

Arthritic Pain: Blend 8–10 drops of cedarwood with 1 oz. of carrier oil. Massage into painful joints and muscles.

Bath: Add 3­–4 drops of cedarwood to a tablespoon of jojoba oil and add to your full bath.

Bug Repellent: Make your own bug repellent by mixing equal parts of distilled water and witch hazel in a 2 oz. empty spray bottle, then adding 20–25 drops of cedarwood.

Chest Cold/Cough: Blend 5 drops cedarwood, 3 drops ravintsara, and 3 drops green myrtle to 1 oz. of carrier oil. Massage into neck, chest, and back area. This blend will help break up congestion and calm coughs.

Seborrheic Eczema: For scalp, add several drops of cedarwood to your shampoo or conditioner. For skin, blend a massage oil with 10–12 drops of cedarwood and 1 oz. of a carrier oil. Massage into affected skin.

Stress Less (massage oil)

5 drops cedarwood

5 drops bergamot

1 drops ylang ylang

1 drop neroli

Blend in 1 oz. cream or carrier oil.
