HOW TO USE

Anger and frustration: Add 10–15 drops of German chamomile to a blank inhaler to help calm nervous tension. Inhale deeply and relax!

RECIPES

Anti-inflammatory Blend

(Relief for swollen Muscles, joints, and tendons)

8 drops German chamomile

3 drops Lavender

3 drops Helichrysum

3 drops Patchouli

3 drops peppermint

1 oz. jojoba or unscented lotion

Directions: Blend the above ingredients into a 1 oz. container. Rub gently onto the swollen area. Use as often as needed. Excellent for healing any injury to muscle, tendon or ligament.

Test a small amount on skin for allergic reaction. Keep out of reach of children. Be cautious when using on infants and small children under the age of five.
