HOW TO USE

Chest Cold: Relief for chest cold. See recipe in recipes tab.

Diffuser: Lift up your spirits when you breathe in fir corkbark. Bring the power of the mountain fir to work fortifying you with strength and clarity. I suggest adding orange essential oil with the corkbark. Both of these oils diffused together are delightful!

Inhaler: Add 10 drops fir corkbark and 3 drops bergamot to a blank inhaler, to help relieve anxiety.

Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil.

RECIPES

Chest Cold

6 drops corkbark

3 drops juniper berry

2 drops vetiver

1 oz. carrier oil or unscented lotion

Directions: Blend ingredients together in a 1 oz. container. Massage into chest, neck and upper back area.

Test a small amount on skin for allergic reaction. Keep out of reach of children. Be cautious when using on infants and small children under the age of five years old.
