HOW TO USE

Anti-Aging: Reduce the signs of aging, such as wrinkles and fine lines. Add 2–3 drop of myrrh to 1 oz. of unscented lotion or carrier oil. Apply to face and neck areas. See Myrrh Serum in recipes tab.

Calloused Feet: This blend may accelerate relief from Athlete’s Foot, eczema, wounds, and ulcers.

Cuts and Wounds: Apply myrrh to scrapes and minor abrasions or wounds to prevent bacterial infections and speed healing. Add several drops of myrrh on a gauze square to dab the oil on or gently hold it on the wound for a minute to apply the oil to the wound. Remove the gauze and apply a bandage to help protect the wound while it heals.

Inhaler: Find your center of peace and tranquility in tough times. Add 15 drops of myrrh into a blank inhaler and inhale the aroma.

Mouth, Gums and Teeth: Try adding myrrh to your oral hygiene. Regular use of myrrh can help prevent gingivitis and bad breath.

  • Use myrrh as a mouthwash to help heal gum disease and oral irritations. Add a few drops to tepid water, swish and spit. Regular use of this mouthwash will also help prevent gingivitis and bad breath.
  • Myrrh makes a great addition to oil pulling. Simple add a few drops of myrrh to your sesame or coconut oil.
  • Brush your teeth using myrrh, simple add a couple of drop to your toothpaste.

Skincare: Use as amoisturizer when applied topically to prevent dry skin from forming defined lines and as a toner to reduce pore size. Finally, it is also said that it can assist with removal of scars, promoting hydration and flawless skin. See Myrrh Serum in recipes tab.

RECIPES

Myrrh Serum Oil Blend

3 drops myrrh

1 drop frankincense (Boswellia sacra)

1 drop helichyrsum

1 drop rose otto

1 oz. rose hip oil

1 oz. jojoba

Directions: Blend all ingredients together into a 2 oz. glass pump bottle. Gently massage into skin. Option – you can replace rose hip oil and jojoba with 2 oz. unscented lotion.
