HOW TO USE
Anti-aging: Make a anti-aging moisturizer, drop 2-3 drops of vetiver into 1 oz. of unscented lotion or carrier oil before being applied to the skin. This enhances the ability to nourish and hydrate dry, irritated skin while reducing the appearance of wrinkles, stretch marks, scars, wounds, and uneven skin tone.
Muscle Aches and Pains: Add vetiver to a warm bath to promote the relaxation of muscles, address aches, stiffness, and inflammation, boost circulation, and promote restful sleep. Blend together in a separate container, 6–8 drops of vetiver into 1 oz. unscented liquid body soap, castile liquid soap or carrier oil. Add to warm bath water. Optional: Add a 1/2-cup of Epsom salts to bath water.
Perfume: Use vetiver as a perfume. This sensual and exotic aroma has been used for thousands of years in India as a personal fragrance, but it’s also an immunostimulant and calms your nervous system, connecting you back to your true self. One drop placed daily on the heart, neck, or wrists is all it takes to benefit.
Preventative for Infection and to Boost Immune System: Diffuse vetiver to create a germ free and relaxing atmosphere.
