HOW TO USE

Lymph: Help to decongest lymph glands. See Mastic Blend in recipes tab.

Muscular Pain: Blend 10 drops of mastic into 1 oz. carrier oil or unscented lotion. Massage into sore muscles.

Sinus Congestion: Add a few drops to a steam blend to help break up mucous in the sinuses and chest. For example, place 3–4 drops of oil into a bowl of steaming water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes, and breathe in the vapors.

Varicose Veins: Relief for varicose veins. See Mastic Blend in recipes tab.

Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil.

RECIPES

Mastic Blend

4 drops mastic

4 drops cypress

3 drops lemon

2 drops laurel leaf

1 oz. carrier oil or unscented lotion

Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a 1 oz. container. Gently massage into legs.

 

SAFETY

If oxidized, it may cause irritation or sensitization. May contain methyl eugenol. Tisserand recommends dermal maximum of 20%, based on typical methyl eugenol content of 0.1%.

If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician or clinical certified aromatherapist. For external use only. Keep away from mucous membranes & eyes. Test a small amount on skin for allergic reaction. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and small children under the age of five years old.
