HOW TO USE
Aches and Pains: This ancient oil has known anti-inflammatory properties that works to relieve muscular pain. See Achy Brakey blendrecipe in recipes tab.
Baby Bath (for baby 3 months and older): With warm water, use roman chamomile to gently bathe your little one clean. See Baby Blendrecipe in recipes tab
Calm Nerves: Calm overactive nerves with the sweet aroma of roman chamomile. Add 13 drops of roman chamomile to a blank inhaler. Take in the aroma and feel the nerves calm down.
Colic (for baby 3 months and older): This gentle oil brings comfort to your baby by calming colic, diarrhea, and digestive problems. See Baby Blendrecipe in recipes tab.
Diffuser: Use in a diffuser to ease nerves. Roman chamomile will create a calming and soothing atmosphere so you can relax, rest and be rejuvenated!
Digestive Issues: Relief for digestive upset.Blend together 5 drops of roman chamomile, 2 drops of peppermint, 2 ginger and 1 oz. unscented lotion. Massage into belly.
Diaper Rash (for baby 3 months and older): Blend 3 drops roman chamomile into 1 oz. of lotion and use for baby’s diaper rash. This blend can be used on babies 3 months and older.
Diarrhea (for baby 3 months and older): Great relief for baby’s diarrhea and other digestive issues. See Baby Blendrecipe in recipes tab.
Fussy Babies and Children (for baby 3 months and older):
Make a calming relaxing massage oil blend for the little ones! Roman chamomile has a great effect on babies and children when they feel irritable, impatient or colicky. It also will help them relax. See Baby Blendrecipe in recipes tab.

PMS: Blend 10 drops roman chamomile with a 1 oz. of carrier oil. Roman chamomile has calming and relaxing abilities, especially on the nervous system and digestive system. Roman chamomile is known to regulate the menstrual cycle.
Massage into skin, paying attention to lower back and belly.
Teething (for baby 3 months and older): This gentle oil brings comfort to your baby by easing teething pain. See Baby Blendrecipe in recipes tab.
Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil.
