HOW TO USE

Diaper Rash: Blend 3 drops roman chamomile into 1 oz. of lotion and use for baby’s diaper rash. Blend 3–6 drops of roman chamomile in a carrier oil – this makes a great massage oil for baby and children. It has a great effect on babies and children when they feel irritable, impatient, teething, or colicky. It also will help them relax.

Diffuser: Use in diffuser to ease nerves. roman chamomile will create a calming and soothing atmosphere so you can relax, rest and be rejuvenated!

Healing, Menstrual, Nervous and Soothing: Blend 10 drops roman chamomile with a 1 oz. of carrier oil.  Roman chamomile has calming and relaxing abilities, especially on the nervous and digestive systems, regulating and easing the menstrual cycle, and has soothing and healing influences on the skin, as well as being a potent remedy for inflammation. Massage into skin paying attention to lower back and belly.
