HOW TO USE
Chest Cold: Blend together 3–4 drops of cardamom with 1 oz. of carrier oil. Massage into sore chest area. See recipe in recipes tab.
Congestion: Blend 3–4 drops cardamom with 1 oz. of carrier oil. Massage into chest area. See recipe in recipes tab.
Cooking: Flavor to a variety of dishes. If you want to add the flavor of cardamom in your cooking, add a toothpick’s amount to homemade breads or soups, or pies for an authentic savory sweet flavor.
Diffuser: Blend 4 drops cardamom , 2 drops black pepper, and 3 drops clove.
Digestive Aid: Blend 3–4 drops of cardamom with 1 oz. of carrier oil. Massage into abdomen area. See recipe in recipes tab.
Muscle Pain: Blend 4 drops cardamom, 3 drops ginger, 3 drops black pepper with 1 oz of carrier oil. Massage into sore muscles.
Nausea: Blend 4 drops cardamom, 6 drops roman chamomile, 3 drops ginger, 1 drop peppermint with 1 oz of carrier oil. Massage into abdomen as needed.
Warming Oil: Blend 3 drops cardamom, 2 drops black pepper, 3 drops ginger, 4 drops cedarwood with 1 oz. of carrier oil. Massage into chest area. See recipe in recipes tab.
Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil.
