RECIPES

Belly Balm

 4 drops ginger

2 drops peppermint

2 drops cardamom

1 drops fennel

1 oz. unscented lotion

Directions: Blend all ingredients together into a 1 oz. bottle. Gently massage into abdomen area.

 

Warming Ginger Blend

6 drops ginger

4 drops black pepper 

6 drops roman chamomile 

4 drops juniper 

8 drops mandarin 

2 oz. trauma oil or carrier oil

Directions: Blend all ingredients together into a 2 oz. bottle. Gently massage into effected area.
