HOW TO USE
Cleaning: Add green mandarin to your homemade cleaning products. See recipe in recipes tab.
Diffuser: Green mandarin creates an uplifting, optimistic and joyful environment, while relieving irritability and frustration.
Digestive Upset: Blend 5 drops mandarin and 4 drops lavender or roman chamomile with 1 oz. of carrier oil. Massage into belly area to relieve cramps, nausea, spasms, gas and constipation.
Facial Cleanser: Blend 2–3 drops mandarin with 1 oz. of your favorite facial cleanser.
Inhaler: Using a blank inhaler, add 10–15 drops of green mandarin. Inhaling green mandarin promotes emotional stability while adding a sense of well-being.
Swollen Lymph Nodes: Make a lymphatic massage blend to reduce fluid retention and support lymph system. See recipes in recipes tab.
Tummy Upsets (digestive tonic) for Babies and Children: Blend together 3 drops mandarin and 2 drops lavender or roman chamomile with 1 oz. carrier oil. Massage into belly area. Helps to relieve colic, cramps, hiccups, spasms, gas and constipation. An extra benefit, the properties of mandarin help to calm and soothe children.
Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil.
