HOW TO USE
Anxiety: Add 3 drops of valerian root, 3 drops patchouli, 5 drops cedarwood, atlas and 2 drops blood orange to a blank inhaler. Inhale the calming aroma when you’re feeling anxious. This inhaler can also be used for insomnia, just place the inhaler on your night stand and inhale when needed.
Bath: Calm the nerves in a relaxing warm bath! Using the Hippocrates Oil Blend recipe in recipes tab, add 1-2 teaspoon to warm bath water. This can be also used as a foot soak.
Insomnia: You want to sleep through the night but it’s just not happening. Hippocrates recommended valerian root back around 400 BC for insomnia, and it’s been a go-to for sleep problems ever since. See Hippocrates Oil Blend recipe in recipes tab.
